As we continue to grow, we are looking for 4 Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our expanding recruitment team in Torres Vedras.

Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through different recruitment channels
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
- Manage recruitment processes from A to Z
- Create and publish engaging job advertisements
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with the team to achieve recruitment targets
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to support OPSTAFF’s growth
Must Have
- Experience or a strong interest in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent Portuguese and English — mandatory
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- A proactive, commercial and results-oriented mindset
- Energy, resilience and a genuine passion for people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- German — a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills
