POSITION SUMARY

We operate across several sectors, including Construction, Industry & Manufacturing, Logistics, Hospitality & Catering, Agriculture and Facilities Services, providing recruitment, staffing and workforce solutions to national and international clients.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Torres Vedras.
Core Responsibilities
- The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying and attracting candidates to conducting interviews, assessing profiles and supporting the placement process.
- The successful candidate will work closely with our clients and internal team to understand recruitment needs and ensure that suitable candidates are identified and presented within the required deadlines.
- This is a highly operational role, requiring strong communication skills, organisation, resilience and the ability to manage several recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for national and international clients.
- Understand job requirements and candidate profiles for different sectors and levels of seniority.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, databases, referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct telephone, video and face-to-face interviews.
- Assess candidates according to experience, technical skills, availability, language skills and suitability for the position.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment platforms.
- Contact candidates and manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
- Prepare and present suitable candidate profiles to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the collection and verification of candidate documentation.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up on recruitment processes and ensure deadlines are met.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proactive, results-oriented and resilient attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital recruitment tools.
- Strong ability to assess candidates and identify relevant skills and experience.
- Previous experience recruiting for Construction, Industry, Logistics or Hospitality will be highly valued.
